perusahaan ini didirikan di di Kecamatan Cibogo, Kabupaten Subang, Jawa Barat, dengan luas tanah memcapai 47 hektare milik masyarakat di 3 desa yaitu Karang Anyar,Kecamatan Subang, kemudian di Desa Belendung dan Cinangsi Kecamatan Cibogo, dengan kafasitas menampung 15.000 karyawan.

Job Description
  • Communicate with costumer
  • Communicate with Product creation center (PCC) in Vietnam, Korea
  • Responsibility of Technical point making shoes
  • Planing for Trial shoes
  • Make Report
Requirement
  1. Education min. D3/S1 from reputable university majoring Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  3. GPA min 3.00 (S1) with 4.00 scales
  4. Have excellent communication skills, both written, verbal analytical, presentation skills.& interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to Interact effectively with a wide range staff throughout the company
  6. Having organizational and/or committees experiences
  7. Have strong leadership skills
  8. Fast learner, energetic, confident, hard worker, honest, mature, discipline and high responsibility
  9. Having good analytical thinking, good attitude, detail oriented, good communication, good in time management
  10. Creative, analytic and possess problem solving
  11. Fluency in English both written and oral
  12. Proficient to operate computer (Microsoft office, internet and email)
  13. Able to work effectively and under pressure
  14. Willing to be placed in Subang
LEAN-IE-TPM Staff | Deadline: 25 Maret 2015
Responsibility
  • Conduct cost analysis, time and motion study, feassibility studies, system analysis
  • Estabilishes the approved routing data of variable overhead
  • Monitor and provides feedback of operation performance throught perodic report
  • Provides support to manufacturing and production colleagues in setting up efectivity studies for product development
  • Provides NOS line studies relative to  upgrading, replacements and or productivity improvements
  • Reviews and studies proposal for the programs to attain work simplification and methods improvements
  • Conducts periodic production line audits to verify compliance to set standards
  • Process excellence function : coordinate quality objectives, activities, and achievements to resolve production problem, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost
  • Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action, action and control
  • Study operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine functions and responsibility
Requirement
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  2. Required language(s): English

    Export Import Manager | Deadline: 28 Februari 2015
    Responsibility
    • Make purchasing with foreign or local company
    • Make Custom clearance for import materials
    • Known well Export & Import
    General Requirements:
    1. Export, Import and Loigistic (storage, loading, unloading) on shoes area
    2. Fluent in English, both oral & written
    3. Computer literate minimum Microsoft Excel & Word, E-mail
    4. Have a good leadership skill
    5. Knowledge in Purchasing, Planning and Inventory
    6. Knowledge in Trading Business on shoes area
    7. Knowledge in warehouse operations & administration
    8. Knowledge of FIFO, JIT, 5S, ISO 9001 will be an advantage
    9. Willing to placed on Subang
    Requirements:
    1. Minimum 2 years experience in export & import
    2. Good command both spoken & written English
    3. Good communication & interpersonal skills
    4. Honest, loyal, responsible, ambitious and ability to work under pressure
    Finance & Accounting Manager | Deadline: 28 Februari 2015
    Requirement
    1. Male / Female, Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
    2. Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred
    3. Seven or more years of accounting experience
    4. One or more years of leadership experience included
    5. Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software
    6. Fluent English, Korean in a business setting, seeking candidate with public accounting experience, supervisory experience, able to meet deadlines, able to handle multiple tasks, and strong analytical skills
    7. Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills
    8. Strong interpersonal skills for interacting accountants, clients, and upper management
    9. Good communication skills for communicating with support personnel and management
    10. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    11. Good presentation skills on accounting principles
    12. Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
    13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    14. Active English language in Speaking & Writing, Strong Leadership, Good Decision Maker, Hard worker, can lead the team
    15. Having Experience Knowledge about Taxation in Indonesia (System & Tax Procedure, Regulation), Have a BREVET A/B and C (International Tax)
    16. Having Experience in ERP Accounting, especially ORACLE, can prepare financial statements including General Journal, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Gain & Loss etc.
    17. Familiar & Experience in Auditing from Internal & External
    18. Familiar & Experience in Tax Reporting ( PPh 21/23/25/26/29/4-2 and VAT ) Tax Return and Tax Auditing
    19. Able to Make Cash Daily Reporting & Report to Bank Indonesia ( RTE etc )
