Accounting and Finance Manager
Main Responsibility:
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with min GPA 3.0
• A minimum of 5 years working experience as finance & Accounting Manager, preferably those who have experience in manufacturing industry will be shortlisted
• Strong experience in financial statement analysis and developing accounting system to support the growth of company’s business needs
• Excellent understanding of Indonesia tax law and standard accounting procedures
• Strong experience in financial statement analysis and developing accounting system to support the growth of company’s business needs
• Excellent computer literacy
• Strong both verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work in Garut

Supports organization financial objectives by providing financial analyses and recommendations; directing staff.
Duties:
• Accomplishes F&A human resource strategies by determining accountabilities; Communicating and enforcing values, policies and procedures; selection, orientation, training, coaching, counseling, disciplinary and communication programs
• Develops accounting organizational strategies by contributing accounting and financial information, analysis and recommendation to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives
• Establishes accounting operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurement; determining productivity, quality and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change
• Provides financial projections by coordinating budget/forecast preparation; collecting, analyzing and consolidating financial information; advising departments on the collection and analysis of data.
• Maintains sufficient funds by forecasting cash requirements and obligations
• Minimizes legally required taxes by studying regulations; presenting tax strategies to management
